Born Clifford Joseph Harris Jr., the American rapper, producer, songwriter, actor, and entrepreneur more commonly known as T.I. was born September 25, 1980. Known not only for his work in the studios but also for his philantrophist nature, T.I. is the co-CEO of Grand Hustle Records.

T.I. debuted with “I’m Serious” on October of 2001. Released through Arista Records, the album included the single of the same name that featured Beenie Man, a reggae vocalist. The album was produced by The Neptunes, DJ Toomp, and Madvac, along with the Grand Hustle Team. The album was only able to sell 268,000 copies, and T.I. was later dropped by his label.

In 2003, T.I. released “Trap Muzik” in 2003. The album debuted at #4 and sold approximately 193,000 copies in its first week of sales. “24s”, “Rubberband Man”, “Let’s Get Away”, and “Be Easy” were the singles of the album, which also featured guest appearances by Bun B, Jazze Pha, MacBoney, and Eightball & MJG. The album signaled success for T.I., and from there released “Urban Legend” in 2004, “King” from 2006 (which debuted at #1 on the Billboard 200), and “T.I. vs T.I.P.” on July 2007.

T.I. has also established himself in other ventures that he entered upon his entry into the hip hop and entertainment industry. Aside from Grand Hustle Records, T.I. also has his clothing line, AKOO, primed for release later this year and is the executive producer of a reality show entitled “Life on Mars”.
